Whitchurch Arts arose through the initiative of John Buckley back in January 2008 and then Graham Burgess, who brought the founders together (and bought them some beers) at the White Hart on August 21, 2008.
These people were the first elected (some in August, some in September) members – for the period until September 2009:

- Secretary ~ Andrew Reeves-Hall (also administrator of this website)
Our logo
originated from a discussion at our first meeting – we did not want to call ourselves a “group”.
